We specialize in personal pizza. We’ve developed an exciting new Delay Fermented and slowly cold proofed dough. This 48 hour process allows the natural enzymes and sugars to produce a complex, unmatched flavor, texture and crumb. Scratch dough, hand-made daily with 5 simple ingredients. No chemicals or preservatives. Similar to wine or beer, controlling the fermentation is key to unlocking the complex artisan flavors hidden within the wheat. Our pizzas are stone cooked using only vine-ripened sauce, our own mix of spices, and real cheese with no extenders or artificial colors. We use premium meats such as real Canadian bacon, no fillers or cheaper cuts.
Our chicken wings are oven roasted and meaty. We have developed our own line of unique sauces. These are not “packets” of generic hot sauce. These are original, GREAT sauces with wings tossed to order. We have three levels of heat; Single Dash, that most sauce lovers can enjoy, Double Dash, has a great level of heat that allows you to enjoy both heat and flavor, and Mad Dash, 100% interactive pain. What makes a wing hot? It’s the compound Capsaicin. Water and ice only offer temporary relief and actually spread the capsaicin around, increasing the burn! Dairy, sugar and citrus are the most effective in dissipating capsaicin. Our Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice, Real Ice Cream Milkshakes are the perfect fire dasher for any level of heat.
What is Mad Dash? We are not a franchise. We are not a pre-cooked, stale, heat-lamp, microwaved pizza-by-the-slice restaurant. We are made-to-order, every order!
